Queens & Knights Information

Dear Organization President,

In keeping with a strong tradition of the University of Missouri- Rolla, the St. Pat’s Committee would like your organization to nominate a Student Knight and Queen or Knight is an easy and effective way to thank a senior member of your organization for their dedication and hard work, as well as helping your organization become more involved with campus life. Nominations and money will be due on November 28, 2018. Nominations may be placed in the St. Pat’s Committee mailbox located in the Student Life office of Havener Center, or given to me, Adam Koncki. I strongly encourage everybody to get involved to make the 111th Annual St. Pats 2018 the BEST EVER!

Your entries must include the following to be considered admissible:

• The 2018 St. Pat’s Committee “Student Knight/Queen Candidate Biography Form”. A copy of this form will be delivered to you. All portions of this form must be completed.
• A $60.00 fee per candidate or $100.00 for both a Queen and a Knight which covers the Knight’s medallion, Queens Charm and sweatshirts. Your check should be made payable to “St. Pat’s Committee” (cash is also acceptable if turned in with the entry form).

Your candidates will also be part of the Formal Coronation Ceremony March 16th, 2019, and must attend all meetings (such as photo shoot and coronation practices) that will be announced at a later time. If your organization has not selected candidates in the past, now is the time to do so. Any pertinent information concerning your Student Knight or Queen Candidate will be disclosed to you at a later time. If you have any questions, contact me!
